I, too, believe that I have the solution. I live in the US and France is expected to open the border June 9. I will be traveling to the Galapagos then and hope to be in France soon there after. I first heard of the Owl hunt in November 2018. I was also working on a solve for Forest Fenn’s treasure and made two trips to the Rockies. That treasure was found by others in June 2020. My solve was not even close. Lesson learned: You can’t be certain until you have the treasure in your hands. But my Owl solve does have some cross-checking results which make me more than hopeful. Just to be clear, none of the suggestions mentioned in these posts are close.
