I found the location and i understand it now, given a spot in france to north n s poles and back again and only one spot in france it makes a perfect design that when ellavations change the w golden ole moves along the lines. Gives a 3d effect . i have location that needs to not change . but i cat go dig it up, pretty cleaver 3d effect that can be done on map or google earth. If this helps someone find it who can dig it up . remember who figured it out first.
